J-TEK is dedicated to providing our clients with the necessary technological products and services needed to succeed in today’s world.  J-TEK was founded on the vision of making technology support affordable, helpful and reliable by Jason McAninch, President of J-TEK.

At a young age, Jason expressed an interest in computers and technology.  He excelled in learning concepts of computers and electronics and surpassed classmates early on.  In 1999, he developed the idea of starting a computer consulting business with a vision of helping people with computers and technology by simplifying the process and offering affordable solutions to consumers and small businesses.  Jason saw firsthand how computers were difficult to use and how frustrated people were when their particular device was not functioning properly.

J-TEK’s vision is to make technology easier, that is why our motto is “today’s technology … simplified.”  Our clients believe that we do a great job of simplifying today’s technical jargon and making technology easier to understand.

We take pride in our business and by being an active member of our community.  In January of 2010, the J-TEK Foundation was formed.  All proceeds from our recycling services, go directly to the non-profit corporation,and are donated to KidsTLC, a great organization out of Olathe, Kansas that helps area youth in crisis overcome obstacles and help them live a successful life.

We serve the Johnson County area of Kansas including: Overland Park, Mission , Roeland Park, Leawood, Olathe, Shawnee, Shawnee Mission, De Soto, Fairway, Westwood, Mission Hills, Mission Woods, Stanley, Stilwell, Merriam, Lenexa, Prairie Village, Gardner, Bonner Springs, Spring Hill, Lake Quivira.  We also serve in some areas of Douglas County in Lawrence and Eudora. We recently launched our Ottawa, Kansas office as well and continue to grow and expand.
